Easy 30 Day Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Hemp Haven shoes, and most importantly, we want them to fit comfortably and become a pair you reach for again and again.

If the size or fit isn’t quite right, no worries. You’re welcome to return or exchange your shoes within 30 days of delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Shoes can be tried on at home to check the fit, but they must be returned unworn and in their original condition.

Please make sure they haven’t been worn outside or marked, damaged or altered in any way. We recommend trying them on indoors on a clean surface until you’re sure they’re the right fit.

To organise a return or exchange, simply email admin@thehemphaven.com.au and we’ll get back to you with the return postage address and what to do next.

Finding the Right Fit

Please check the sizing guide for the particular style you’re purchasing, even if you already own a pair of Hemp Haven shoes.

We use different lasts, or shoe shapes, across our range, which means the width, length and overall fit can vary between styles.

Taking a moment to check the measurements for your chosen style is the best way to find your perfect fit.

Refunds

If you choose a refund rather than an exchange, your refund will be processed once your returned shoes have been received and checked to make sure they’re in their original, unworn condition.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We take pride in the quality of our shoes, so if you believe something isn’t quite right, please get in touch.

Email admin@thehemphaven.com.au with your order details and a couple of photos showing the issue, and we’ll work with you to find the best solution.
